2. Shop<\/strong> - The ORB online shop is available at the address: https:\/\/www.orbwear.pl\/ and is operated by the Seller, who serves as a sales platform. Through this platform, the Seller provides the functionalities of the Shop and offers services to Users, enabling distance contracts for the sale of Goods. Additionally, Users have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Goods available in the Shop. The Seller provides appropriate system, teleinformation, and technological tools through the Shop, to deliver the mentioned services.<\/p>

3. Shop website<\/strong> - The website is available at the address: https:\/\/www.orbwear.pl\/.<\/p>

4. Terms & Conditions<\/strong> - This terms and conditions document specifies the terms of use of the Shop, in particular the rules for concluding contracts for the sale of Goods available in the Shop through the Shop, the rules for executing these contracts, the rules for returning Goods, and the rules for the complaint procedure.<\/p>

5. User<\/strong> - Natural person, legal person, or unincorporated organizational unit using the functionalities of the Shop.<\/p>

6. Customer<\/strong> - User who, in accordance with the terms set out in this regulations, has placed an order in the Online Shop.<\/p>

7. Consumer<\/strong> - User who is a natural person entering into a legal transaction (sales contract through the Shop) not directly related to their economic or professional activity.<\/p>

8. User account<\/strong> - Individual panel for each Customer, set up on their behalf by the Seller (after the User has registered), which collects the data provided by the Customer during the registration of the User Account (more information in the Privacy Policy.<\/a>However, setting up a User Account is not mandatory to use the Shop, including browsing the Shop's assortment and placing orders.<\/p>

9. Products<\/strong> - Sellable items available in the Shop's assortment that can be the subject of a sales contract between the User and the Seller.<\/p>

10. 1. The Seller sells Goods through the Online Shop.<\/p>

2. These Regulations set out the rules for the conclusion and performance of the Agreement for Sale of Goods located in the Shop and the rules for the use of the Shop.<\/p>

3. Persons registering and purchasing in the online shop provide their personal data, which the Seller processes according to the principles indicated in the Privacy Policy.<\/a>.<\/p>

4. User is obliged to use the Shop in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, consistent with the law, the provisions of the Regulations, good morals and with respect for the rights and personal property of others.<\/p>

\u00a73 Placing an order<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Orders are accepted through the website https:\/\/www.orbwear.pl\/ and for individual orders - by email (office@orbwear.pl<\/strong>).<\/p>

2. Orders through the above mentioned website can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.<\/p>

3. Prices given on the website are gross prices (including VAT) given in PLN and Euro (prices given in Euro are only approximate prices, when the order is processed the account is charged in PLN). The prices shown do not include shipping costs.<\/p>

4. Price quoted on the site at the time of placing an order is the final price, binding both the Customer and the Seller. Once the order has been placed, the price of the ordered goods will not change, regardless of price changes introduced by the Seller or promotional or sales actions launched.<\/p>

5. All Goods in the shop are marked in detail: in the product card of each Goods there is information on the material used, the price, as well as information on the time it takes to complete the Order.<\/p>

6. The order is effective if the Customer correctly fills out the order form and correctly provides contact information including the exact address to which the Goods are to be shipped, including the telephone number and e-mail address.<\/p>

7. If the data provided are not complete, the Seller will contact the Customer. If the Customer cannot be contacted, the Seller has the right to cancel the Order.<\/p>

8. In the process of placing an order, the customer may wish to receive a fiscal receipt or a VAT invoice. Proof of sale will be attached to the shipped package.<\/p>

9. Placing Orders made available in the Online Shop is possible:
\u2003\u2003 a) after registration by completing the registration form, located on the website of the Online Shop (shopping via registration);
\u2003\u2003 b) by providing the necessary personal and address data to enable the Order to be processed (purchases without registration).<\/p>
